The exact scope of services for any engagement will be described in writing (by email, agreement or invoice) before work begins.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee admission to any university, scholarship award, visa approval, or employment outcome.

Decisions on admissions and scholarships are made solely by the institutions. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities. We provide guidance, preparation and support — the final decision rests with third parties.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information in your applications and to us
• Not submit fraudulent, fabricated, altered or misleading documents
• Meet deadlines communicated to you for documents and decisions
• Review all applications and documents before submission
• Comply with the laws of India and of your destination country

If you provide false information or documents, we may terminate our engagement immediately without refund.

5. Fees and payment

Where fees apply for our services, they will be communicated to you in writing before any engagement. Fees are separate from:

• University application fees
• Test fees (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, etc.)
• Visa application fees and government charges
• Tuition and living costs
• Travel, insurance and any other third-party costs

Refunds, if any, are governed by the specific engagement agreement. Fees already paid for completed work are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Third-party services

We may suggest or facilitate interactions with third parties such as universities, testing agencies, banks, insurers and accommodation providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or policies of any third party.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, guides, design and code — is owned by Study Abroad Experts or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Website use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
• Interfere with the site's normal operation
• Scrape or harvest data from the site

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. If we terminate due to a breach on your part (including false information or non-payment), no refund is owed. If you terminate mid-engagement, fees for work completed up to that point remain payable.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes means you accept the revised terms. The "Last updated" date below shows when this version was published.
